Mt Chocolate is located in Clifton, Invercargill, New Zealand. It is the home of Tracy and Mike Peters.

A family home and the Redworks art studio is being built on the site to be surrounded by native bush and wetland.

Whenuapai Restoration Group

Community group that is undertaking clearing invasive weeds from public reserves and eventually private property. Also involved in pest eradication in our region. We have a rapidly growing residential community and in the future want to involve as many existing and new residents as possible in working towards a pest free New Zealand.

Drayton Reserve Volunteers

The Drayton Reserve Volunteers, a group of about 120 locals, started in April 2016 with the aim of working with the Council to return the Drayton Reserve to its original forest and other vegetative cover, for conservation, passive recreation and educational purposes, especially for the local community.

Forest and Bird- Waitaki Branch

The Waitaki Branch of Forest and Bird has a number of active programmes including growing native plants, planting native plants at Fenwick Park and Cape Wanbrow, organising beach clean ups, organising field trips to local sites of interest and inviting guest speakers along to talk about the environment and conservation. We have around 80 members.

Piako Catchment Forum

Piako Catchment Forum is a community led group in the heart of Matamata Piako and Hauraki Plains. The Forum is focused on the restoration of the Piako Catchment and its local communities. We are interested in developing and maintaining open communitcation, networking and education which supports the restoration and health of our whole catchment and communities.

Paekawakawa Reserve

Paekawakawa is home to many native birds and we aim to preserve and enhance the biodiversity to create a community Reserve that connects with the local network of green spaces, including the Tawatawa Reserve and Manawa Karioi.
